About Vishnuram

I'm a master's student studying at Trinity college Dublin. I've completed my undergraduate in computer science in 2018, and have ever since working as a developer at multinational firms. Though I have exposure to a variety of programming languages, in my career I've mostly worked with Python, JavaScript, SQL and R.
I'm have some free time which I'd like to spend doing something that I'm passionate about, and at the same time adds some value to another person.

About the class

Throughout my experience as a developer and as a student of computer science, I have always learned more by getting my hands dirty and playing with the code, rather than listening to concepts and theories. I would like take an approach to teaching where I spend time with the student writing and debugging the code more often than explaining the concepts. The end goal would be to write code that is self explanatory and teaches the reader without having someone explain it.

There are times when you look at a problem and think, "Wait! I feel the question in wrong", and 8 times out of 10, it is that narrow window of thought that we overlook that could have gotten the problem solved. After I've started learning with Vishnu, I've been more open to the possibility of more creative and simpler methods to solve what seems like a mountain of a problem from the outside. His patience to sit through the sessions with patience and make us see the light at the end of the tunnel is why I'd recommend doing classes with him any day of the year!
