About Danse
For the past thirty years, the Mac has been my daily companion professionally and personally. What started as everyday use grew into genuine expertise across the entire Apple ecosystem: macOS inside and out, Safari, Mail, Photos, iCloud, and the creative suite I use constantly. DaVinci for video editing and GarageBand for audio.
I hold a Master's degree and have spent years helping friends, family, and colleagues master their Macs. Everyone learns differently, and the best teaching meets you exactly where you are.

My teaching method and techniques
I teach the way I wish someone had taught me: no jargon, no rushing, no judgment. Every session starts with what you want to achieve, and I build the lesson around that goal.
I demonstrate each step on-screen, then watch you do it yourself because confidence comes from doing, not watching. I use real-life examples (your own photos, your own emails, your own files) so everything you learn is immediately useful. After each session, you get a simple recap of what we covered and clear next steps to practice.
A typical lesson plan
Check-in:what's working, what's confusing, what came up since last time.
Demonstration: I walk you through the task step by step on-screen.
Guided practice: you take the lead while I coach, correct, and answer questions.

I don't just do Safari and the basics; I can take students from "how do I attach a photo to an email?"
