About Virginie
During my professional career in England, I acquired the experience of Client Manager whatever in the Back Office or Middle Office in the fields of banking, legal advice and insurance. So I chose to specialize in customer service to assist all customers; in order to respond to all their requests and resolve any complaints. My last job at RSA Insurance as a Client Manager with residential claims allowed me to acquire a great knowledge of our insurance policies, to put into action and to strengthen their regulation. My daily tasks were to take care of and manage all new files / existing files of our policyholders according to each case and claim. I was responsible for each new claim by dealing with these emergency cases and resolving as quickly as possible, what happens in extreme cases of claims (eg flood, water damage, fire, storms, burglary, vandalism). I was responsible for compensating each insured on the basis of each case and insurance policies while respecting the procedures and regulations of the insurance policy of each of our insured. I am bilingual in English including technical and professional terms because I spent 13 years in England, back in France I am looking for a role of Bilingual Manager in English. I obtained at Bradford College, a Certificate of Higher Studies (equivalent of BAC + 2) in Business Management and accredited by the University of Teesside.

My name is Virginie and I lived almost 14 years up till recently in West Yorkshire which is based in the North of England. As I am fully fluent in English using both standard and professional terms, I was thinking of teaching others English using more dynamic methods than English academic teachers teach young students at school in France. I remember 20 years ago when I was at school, the english lessons were really basic and I had the same type of curriculum in College that I had in High school. Coming back to France after all this time away, I noticed that it is still the case. This is not normal as it does not help young people at school to learn english the correct way. People need interactive and verbal exercises to get the hang of any language. Reading and writing is not enough to remember how to speak and to make sentences. I know that the best way to learn a new language is to travel or live in the country but this is not always physical and financially possible which is why entertaining conversations on a regular basis with this new language is the best way to learn. We need to take a good example of our Nordic neighbors, the young people all speak English because their educationnal system made it essential and as a priority to know English for their future prospects. If you are interested to learn english in a fun and dynamic with somebody who spent nearly half her life in England and worked there until recently, I am your teacher. IF YOU CAN'T READ THE TEXT I JUST WRITE ABOVE? I AM YOUR PROF. I am not an academic teacher but I know English very well because I lived there for almost 14 years and also work in the banking and insurance world. I obtained a Bac + 2 Business Management approved by the University of TEESSIDE. My lessons will consist of a level assessment of my students so that each follows and progresses at their level and speed.
