The purpose of education in my opinion is to help one realise one's maximum potential to read, write, learn , think, understand, so on and so forth. My teaching methodology is the conceptual understanding of a topic. Once a child knows the basic , S/he would also definitely know how to construct it further and gain a larger, clearer picture of things. I emphasize overall analysis of statements and arguments and encourage thinking, questioning and openly debating rather than practicing rot learning exercises to fetch fake marks and pseudo understanding. And not to forget to resort to flexibility and fluidity in teaching modes best suiting the individual. I try to mould myself perfectly according to needs to receive best results.
