About Charley
My yoga path started when I bumped into discomfort that came from traumas from my past.
Yoga has helped me to feel better in my body and find the strength to move on.
My inspiration came from one of my yoga teachers, who used different techniques during her classes: meditation, visualization, yoga, and breathing.
As a yoga teacher, I use mindfulness continuously during my classes. You are becoming aware of your body, listening to your body, and adjusting your practice if necessary.
This inspired me to continue studying and dive deeper into Yoga Therapy. Every day I learn more and more about how yoga can help you feel better and deal with discomfort.

Yoga is so much more than just using the asanas/yoga poses.
Through mindset, mindfulness, breathing techniques, meditation, and journaling, you can treat the discomforts of daily life.
Often this is applied together or after sessions with a psychologist to get the tools to use everything you have learned.
During the introductory session, we will see where you get stuck. Together we create a plan based on the above techniques to start implementing step by step in your daily life.
I say step by step here because quality is more important than quantity. The essential tools are given first so that you start using a new routine to build on.
Depending on your personal situation and the application of the exercises, one or more sessions will be needed.
