About Oluwatoni
Hi there! I'm a 16 year-old student starting A-levels in September, and I like to think I'm a patient, approachable and kind person. Having just finished my GCSEs, one of the things I wished I had the most was a mentor from an older year who would give me advice on what to do, what to avoid and how to make it through exams and the pressure without losing my mind. This is what I aim to become to any GCSE (or younger!) students out there- I want to help you out. Additionally since exams ended, I've been a bit nostalgic for GCSEs, especially knowing there's only harder to come, so tutoring GCSE content is really a joy for me; it helps me remember what I now think of as my "glory days."

My teaching is visually focused- I make good use of whiteboards and infographics to present information in a clear and accessible way. I also aim to help students find out why something works, instead of just cramming equations and definitions, which means occasionally exploring concepts outside of the curriculum. My sessions are typically 45 - 60 minutes long to avoid mentally fatiguing students, and my primary audience is GCSE students in Year 10, although I can also teach Year 11 and KS3 students.

I’ve been friends with her for now 3 years and I’ve always known her as being so hard working and devoting so much time to studying and out of school learning, especially in physics.
