I do work with thematic learning process and believe that a beginner is destined to become an expert. Teach by strategy building and providing support by counseling and will definitely take out the phobia of maths. I believe in working with students to make it worth.
I usually go by pen and paper method as maths requires more than just dictating notes.
The classes could be for students currently in middle school, high school or university(undergraduate level). I organize the topics into small modules to keep the student motivated. This also allows difficult topics to be learnt very easily. I also develop a personal rapport with the student to facilitate easy transfer of knowledge.
I follow the innovative ways of learning majorly for average students, Systematic analysis for the monthly test scoring. Also I share the results with the parents on their respective Email Id. Below is the improvement plan I follow: * Unit Wise Structured test paper. * Analysis of week points and test scoring. * Rephrasing on week points of the students. * Retest of low scoring test.
I work hard along with my students, give appropriate homework and conduct regular weekly tests. Usually, I take private classes to ensure one-on-one interaction with the student to ensure maximum learning. However, I do conduct group classes sometimes, according to the students' need. My teaching method entails detailed descriptions of the topics, followed by oral and then written tests.
The most important step in any preparation is believing in own self, so I always try to keep the temperament positive and make the student believe in himself/herself I consider Natural Thinking process the best. So instead of imposing my approach, I prefer to know how the student would have attempted it and devise a solution based on what comes naturally to the student.
