About Hayeon

I see Korean not just as an academic subject, but as a bridge that connects people and cultures. If you are someone who loves Korean culture and K-pop, you will especially enjoy my lessons. I tailor each class to the student’s goals and level, helping you improve comfortably but effectively.

Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to take your Korean to the next level, you are very welcome. We will go through everything from basic pronunciation and grammar to everyday conversation and Korean culture in a simple and enjoyable way.

My goal is to help you confidently speak, listen, read, and write in Korean. I look forward to supporting you on your Korean learning journey!

About the class

Hello! I’m tutor Hayeon Kim, and I teach Korean in a fun and easy-to-understand way.

From 2022 to 2025, I worked as a private tutor in Korea, teaching both Korean language and mathematics to students of various ages. In addition, from 2024 to 2026, I volunteered in an environmental education club where I taught elementary school students, which helped me develop clear and effective teaching methods.

I achieved the highest level (top grade 1) in the Korean College Scholastic Ability Test Korean section, so I have strong skills in grammar, reading, and writing. Based on this background, I am confident in teaching natural, practical Korean that goes beyond memorization and can be used in real-life situations.
