I am a University of Cambridge certified English teacher who has taught in Israel, Lithuania and Turkey. I'm a historian by profession and a multi-lingual with a broad international experience. I'm originally from Lithuania, a small country in Eastern Europe. I do not speak Portuguese, but I am slowly learning, I hope you can help me out!

The student's academic needs and a friendly atmosphere in class are the most important to me. I teach mostly online and I focus a lot on student's speaking. I like to start my classes with a short conversation in order to create a friendly atmosphere. I encourage students to ask me questions and I always adapt to the student's pace. I follow a "student-centered" methodology, which means that in my classes the students discover many things themselves, and my role as a teacher is only to guide. That way the students learn better. I've been learning many languages for most of my life and I know the struggle of it very well. But it's all possible!
