About Geovani
My name is Geovani, I'm Brazilian and I'm finishing my degree in Portuguese and English Language and Literature. One of the things I love most is learning and teaching languages (I learn Italian and French on my own). My classes are for anyone who wants to learn Brazilian Portuguese and be able to speak it when they're here in Brazil. For this reason, the classes tend to be as interactive and relaxed as possible, so that the student loses that fear everyone has of speaking "incorrectly". I'm pretty sure you're saying "Oh, but Portuguese is difficult". Yes, that's true, but with the right teacher and methodology, you'll see that this language is not a seven-headed beast. If you're not sure, come and take your first lesson for free. I'm excited to be your teacher.

Brazilian Portuguese is a wonderful language. A bit difficult to learn, though, I confess. For that reason, I try to teach with materials that we find in everyday life. Exactly, there's no need to stress about grammar books. You can learn Portuguese very well with your favorite series, films, TV programs, radio, music, and cartoons. Or even with YouTube videos. Of course, sometimes we'll need to hover some structures or grammar rules, but in contextualized examples. Learning doesn't have to be painful, and it has to be fun.
