About Sahana
Over the last 33 years, I have had the opportunity to invest my time in training and research over pedagogies which became a passion I remain devoted to. The workings of a school are a piece of complicated machinery. My role as a teacher and an administrator kept me at the helm of affairs overseeing shifting gears from the chalkboard to the whiteboard and finally to the digital screen. It necessitated constant learning for there was much happening in the world of academic research and it required me to adopt policies for the school that would help it stay at the forefront in the field of education. I realized early that pedagogies must serve the cause of the learners and not be taken up merely for the sake of it.
