About Léa
I started yoga at age 27 and then I was trained as a vinyasa / ashtanga yoga teacher at age 30. I started teaching immediately in association then on the beach with the tourist office of Collioure. I then made substitutions for the dance hall Synopsis in Perpignan. Currently, I teach on Tuesday and Wednesday evening at the Sweet Om room in Perpignan. I always start my class with a return to myself (meditation or yogic breathing) a little warm up to unlock the body and then I continue with some greetings to the sun (if the body allows it). I try to create a pleasant and easy to understand sequence for the student.
