I haven’t come from a gymnastics background, so my approach is deeply rooted in understanding the balance between strength and flexibility, supporting a sustainable and long-lasting practice. As someone who also found inversions initially frightening, I use playful prop-secure methods to make you feel comfortable going upside down. My flows are playful and adaptable, suitable for both beginners and more experienced students. Influences from my personal practice—Mysore, Iyengar, Dharma, and Rocket—shape the way I sequence classes and guide one-to-one sessions.

Susana got me so excited about yoga. When I started I was stiff, misaligned and practicing with ego but she transformed my idea of exercise and yoga. She takes you through each sequences so gently and makes sure you’re proper aligned and then she gives alternatives to suit you body type.
