About Emily
Hi! I’m Emily, and teaching yoga opened the doorway to my soul-fuelled life’s work. I've been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2018.
I specialise in Energy Medicine Yoga, somatic unwinding, breath-led healing and intuitive energy work. I teach children and adults how to use their energy as medicine! And you'll be surprised by how many of the techniques you do without even know it!
I’ve taught more than 3,000 hours of yoga, meditation, and healing practices and in March 2026 I graduate as a 300-hour Advanced Energy Medicine Yoga Teacher. Yipee!
My sessions blend ancient wisdom and modern energy techniques to help you:

* Release old patterns held in fascia, breath, and energy
* Calm the nervous system and rebuild resilience
* Strengthen your meridians and energy pathways

My approach is warm, trauma-sensitive, and deeply personalised. You will be held in a safe space in my beautiful garden, boutique studio, where your system can soften, unwind, and remember how to feel good again.

All classes take place in my tranquil garden studio in Thorpe, a healing space designed for deep rest, clarity, and energetic alignment.
Classes are 60 minutes long.
My approach blends Yoga, Energy Medicine Yoga, Chinese Five Elements theory, chakra balancing, fascia release, breathwork, and intuitive energy work.
I will equip you with tools and techniques to keep you healthy and to help you heal any health challenges you are experiencing.
Our bodies have nine energy systems, and in each session I tune into how your energy is moving, whether through your chakras (how they spin, take in, or leak energy) or through the Five Elements. From there, I craft a personalised class to help restore balance, vitality, and flow.
You will learn tools and techniques to:
• Strengthen your energy pathways
• Support your physical and emotional health
• Release tension stored in fascia and meridians
• Soothe your nervous system
• Heal and rebalance chronic patterns
• Understand your body’s signals and inner language
My greatest joy is teaching others how to reconnect with their body, breath, and inner wisdom.
Above all, I will help you learn the language your body speaks and how to respond to it with confidence, compassion, and clarity.
