About Tatiana
Originally from South Africa, I discovered the wonderful world of yoga 13 years ago and since then have never looked back. Yoga is truly a lifelong journey for me - something I live and breathe for every day. Having trained with both Yoga London and Your Yoga Flow, and having taught a variety of students across London and online, I have experience teaching beginners and intermediate levels. Yoga is a very personal journey, and my teaching style places great importance on creating a safe environment for my students to feel empowered and inspired. Showing kindness and love to the body, mind and spirit is what you can expect from my classes. My classes typically have an element of Pranayama (breathing practice), Meditation, and methods to encourage the movement of the subtle body (mantras, mudras, drishti etc). “If you want the truth, I will tell you the truth. Listen to the secret sound, the real sound, which is inside you.” ~ Kabir I am passionate about health and wellness, love cooking and developing plant-based recipes, cuddling my adorable little Jackapoo, tending my ever-growing plant gang and (attempting to) grow veggies on my balcony. Hello - I'm so happy you're here. PLEASE NOTE I AM CURRENTLY AT FULL CAPACITY AND NOT TAKING ON NEW STUDENTS AT THIS TIME. I create a safe space for you to explore the magic that yoga has to offer. Styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra - don't worry if you're a complete newbie, have been dabbling in yoga for a while or are a full-blown yogi - I can help you wherever you are on your yoga journey. Creating a bespoke lesson plan to your needs is what I'm all about! "Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath" Using the breath as a tool to bring the mind home to the body, my classes typically have a nice balance of energy and calm. Classes can be tailored to your time schedule - anything from a 15min quickie to a full one-hour deep workshop to work on an area you'd like to focus on. If you're also a nature lover, we can make use of nice weather by having a park yoga session, otherwise we can have an in-person class in London. Of course, with the power of the internet, we can also meet for a class wherever you are in the world via an online platform. Yoga has truly helped me find balance in a hectic London life, and my students say I have helped them find pockets of calm and self-love in their classes. Perfect! Tatiana’s yoga classes were perfect to help both myself and my colleagues unwind and relax throughout the day during their shift. She was so helpful throughout the whole process of organising the sessions and made it happen smoothly. She catered to all demographics of staff and made it possible to do all the stretches whilst wearing every day work clothes and uniform. If ever you need to hire a yoga instructor for a corporate booking, I highly suggest Tatiana! I look forward to her coming back to our company to do more wellness sessions!

Tatiana is an excellent teacher as she guided me to unprecedented levels of flexibility, energy, core strength and tranquility through the practice of yoga. It has now become unimaginable for me not to do my daily exercises followed by 2 weekly sessions with Tatiana and I only started 5 weeks ago!
The classes are very efficiently setup by Tatiana, as she discusses your objectives and reasons for learning yoga. The classes will then be setup to achieve your goals through a gradual and impactful practice of the discipline.
My goals focused on flexibility, balance and core strength, to alleviate/ counteract the negative effects of spending too much time seated in front of a computer.
During lockdown I had tried (& failed miserably) to learn yoga from online practices and tutorials. Since practicing with Tatiana, I have regained a level of flexibility which I thought had been permanently lost. To my surprise, my energy and all-around well-being have also greatly increased due to the therapeutic properties of yoga (from my experience: an old muscle injury is not as painful as it used to be & my energy/ focus has improved through breath exercises).
Tatiana has been an inspiration & mentor in learning & integrating yoga within my life and I cherish our sessions. Looking at either the physical or mental improvements, I cannot recommend Tatiana and her yoga classes highly enough.
I really enjoyed the class, it was a perfect balance between stretching, exercises and relaxation. Moreover, Tatiana is a smiling teacher, and you feel directly comfortable.
I had a hour long video class with Tatiana. She was really accommodating of my skill level and working around my injuries. Normally I wouldn't think I would enjoy a full hour of yoga over video but with Tatiana it flew by. Highly recommended!
Tatiana is very thorough, clear, and gentle in her instructions. Having practiced yoga for almost a decade has enabled her to skilfully connect body and mind in an interactive and colourful way. Her tutoring methods make you get into a pleasant flow which makes the hour feel like 10 minutes!
