I am computer engineer, MBA and Phd in Management Sciences, former national team member in diving (en the 1980), software and hardware related professional and lecturer in Mexico, Paris, El Salvador. Passionate for Triathlon (canadamanwoman finisher 2018), but understanding that its a secondary activity for people, that works, have a family or study.

The theaching is via skype or hangout, first I need to understand your goals, explain in detail the requierements to achieve it. Show you the way to train, providing th basics and mid explanation in how to perform. I send trainings in email and follow up weekly o every other day, depends on your time and goals.
