About Matthew

Are you ready to stop struggling with Mathematics and start understanding it with confidence?

I’m Matthew Olawale, a Mathematics educator and experienced tutor with a background in Mathematical Education and years of hands-on experience teaching students at different academic levels. Over the years, I have helped students move from “I don't understand Mathematics” to approaching the subject with clarity, confidence, and a problem-solving mindset.

What makes my lessons different?
- Personalised teaching: I first identify how you learn best and then adapt my lessons to your learning pace and needs.

-Concept before memorisation: I focus on helping you understand why a method works, not just memorising formulas.

-Exam-focused preparation: I help students prepare strategically for WAEC, JAMB/UTME, school examinations and international examinations with emphasis on past questions, common patterns, accuracy, and time management.

-Simple explanations: I break complex mathematical ideas down into clear, understandable steps.

-Practical & engaging lessons: I use examples, illustrations, guided practice, and real-life applications to make Mathematics less intimidating and more enjoyable.

-Results-driven: My goal is not merely to complete a syllabus but to help you develop the confidence and problem-solving ability to perform independently.

Whether you're struggling with the basics, preparing for an important examination, or looking to take your Mathematics to a higher level, I’m ready to help you get there.

Let's turn Mathematics from a subject you fear into a subject you can confidently conquer.

About the class

Learn Mathematics with clarity, confidence, and purpose!

My lessons are interactive, personalised, and goal-oriented, designed around your current level, learning pace, and academic goals. I believe every student can understand Mathematics when it is taught in the right way.

In each lesson, I focus on:
- Clear, step-by-step explanations of difficult concepts. Interactive practice to help you apply what you learn.

- Targeted exercises and past questions for effective exam preparation.

- Identifying and addressing learning gaps that may be holding you back.

- Building confidence and independent problem-solving skills.

Whether you need help with schoolwork, examination preparation, or advanced Mathematics, I’ll guide you patiently while challenging you to reach your full potential.

Let’s make Mathematics simpler, stronger, and more enjoyable.
