About Yotam

I am a graduate of The New School for Jazz, where I received a full scholarship. I have performed on Broadway and at renowned venues including Blue Note NYC, Carnegie Hall, and Lincoln Center, and have worked with artists such as Avishai Cohen and Lizzy McAlpine. I have extensive experience teaching harmonica in all styles to students of all ages and levels. In addition, I teach piano, music theory, harmony, rhythm, improvisation, and composition. I am passionate about teaching and enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge to help students grow musically. “an artist whose vision is so distinct, so intuitively expressive, that comparisons to the greats feel not only appropriate, but inevitable” - Paris Move “Yotam Ben-Or is one of the very few true masters of his instrument” - Jazzthetik “playing at a level that, in my opinion, matches Stevie Wonder himself״ - Bass Musician Magazine

And his knowledge is clearly communicated. That's a unique talent in and of itself. He's also fantastic chromatic harmonica player and a real talent in the world that I live in. Finally, YT taught me to teach myself. That's the best gift a teacher can ever give a student. Chris DePino
