About Darcy
I am studying a joint honour of Physics and Maths at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. I have been tutoring for about five years, with students between the ages of 6 to 18, and I am very comfortable with the GCSE and A Level syllabus.
I am always available for any questions needed to be answered and I love to learn with my pupils and find it inspiring when they get to teach me something new!

I am a true believer in the idea that one method of working out problems does not suit everyone. The way I teach is adapting to the way that you think. Overall, my main aim is to help you enjoy these subjects as well as obtain good results.
I will always begin the lesson with asking you if there is anything pressing that you need to go over, following this we will work through topics that you are struggling with, always recapping over the topics of the last lesson- as constant practice with these subjects are key!
I have found in the past that different techniques work for different people, however I am a very visual teacher and learner and believe in writing out every detail possible and comparing situations to real life scenarios so that the problems seem less confusing.
