About Delphine
I have been teaching private, semi group and group classes for 5 years, at the same time that I am still training for example with Yoga Anusara, in order to always be able to contribute something new to my classes. Inovo also giving in the same session GAH with Yoga asanas in a fluid rhythm so that your classes are more enjoyable and complete, contributing the most beneficial of each discipline to the practice ... we always end with a return to calm very pleasant for leave renewed !!!

I adjust the classes according to the student, the pathology and the applied discipline ... but in general rules, I always start with conscious breaths (pranayama), following from or Pilates asanas in which we will work the concentration, the control and fluency; or yoga asanas with a specific order which will take us to a certain position, and GAH asanas working more alignment and breathing, including brief apneas ... we end up in savasana with a return to calmness.

Persona sencilla y muy empática. Conoce muy bien el mundo del yoga, los hipopresivos y sabe transmitir calma y relax siendo muy beneficiosas sus clases para el bienestar corporal y emocional. Sabe adaptarse a las habilidades de cada alumno planteando alternativas en todo momento.
Tengo una prótesis cervical y este año he notado mucha mejoría gracias al yoga,pilates, e hipopresivos.Llevo 5 años haciendo pilates en diferentes lugares, todos en grupo y con diferencia me quedo con Delfine.
Todas las clases son diferentes, combina ejercicios que ella supervisa adaptandose a cada alumno,a diferencia de otras profesoras.
Me a gustado por que después de la práctica hay un gran cambió entre cuerpo y mente.Muy buena profesora.Porque se preocupa por adaptarse a tus necesidades. Yo tengo problemas de movilidad e intenta buscar ejercicios adaptados.
Atención individualizada, consigue que hagas los ejercicios de yoga con buena precisión. Profesora formada. Enseña a respirar. Clases muy relajantes y efectivas.
Las clases con Delphine son un placer! Tiene mucha técnica, diseña las clases en cuanto a tus necesidades y tu cuerpo- especialmente si tienes una lesión o algún impedimento, sus relajaciones son mágicas y explica muy bien cómo hacer cada ejercicio, la recomiendo 100%
