About Magdalena
Magdalena Ciucci is a Pilates Reformer Instructor and a routine Yoga practitioner, studied Body Expression at UNA, practices alternative body techniques such as: Eutonía, Feldenkrais, Técnica Alexander and Reflejodinamia. She has experience teaching at a Rehabilitation and Reeducation Center specialized in spine and sporadically replaces Diana Coven in classes of Body Therapeutic Techniques.

It works with the breathing to expand the perception and concentration, through dynamic exercises the balance of the muscular tone is developed that increases the corporal conscience to use the just and necessary force. The strengthening and elongation of the muscles is used through dissociation, coordination, speed and balance that activate the whole body. This activity is adapted to the possibilities and demands of each person.

Tomé clases con Magdalena durante algunos meses del 2018 y me ha resultado muy conveniente. Las clases son dinámicas y divertidas, con una mezcla de técnicas y recursos que las hacen más que interesantes. Personalmente fui a aliviar dolores de columna y el resultado fue positivo.
Magdalena es una excelente profesora. Está siempre atenta a que todos lo que tomamos sus clases hagamos bien los ejercicios, que aprendamos a darnos cuenta de lo que nos hace bien y que estemos concientes de cada movimiento. Le pone mucha energía y buena onda. La recomiendo!
