About Nicole
Hello! I'm Nicki and I've been practicing yoga since 2015. I got to know yoga in the context of fitness. In December 2020 I did my 200 hours RYT - Yoga training in Costa Rica, which gave me wonderful insights and taught me many things. The training dealt intensively with the design of yoga classes, whereby the integration of yoga in everyday life was an integral part of the training likewise.
I enjoy sharing yoga.

Your yoga class will be tailored to your needs. We will discuss together what kind of focus you would like to set for your yoga class - your focus can be for example: general relaxation, muscle strengthening / relaxation / stretching of certain body parts, balance improvement, meditation / breathing work, fitness.
Every hour of yoga is as individual as you!
We can work together on a plan that extends over several hours and helps you to achieve a longer-term goal / focus.
I see yoga as a holistic concept that integrates body and mind into a coherent space. I enjoy sharing the balance of mindfulness and lightness.
I like to teach Vinyasa Flow. The overall flow of the class can be more dynamic or relaxed, depending on your needs.
If you haven't had any experience with yoga, I will teach the lesson according to your level and we will focus on learning the yoga poses properly while going through a fun flow.
You don't have to be hyper-flexible to do yoga. Yoga is suitable for everyone.

Perfect! Nicole ist eine hervorragende Yoga-Lehrerin. Die Sessions gestaltet sie abwechslungsreich und mit einem besonderen Feingefühl für die persönlichen Wünsche & Bedürfnisse. Sie überrascht uns jedes Mal auf's Neue und findet immer die perfekte Balance zwischen Herausforderung und Entspannung.

Perfect! Nicole geht super meine persönlichen körperlichen Schwachstellen ein und unterstützt mich hervorragend mich in das Thema Yoga einzufinden. Es könnte nicht besser laufen. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich Nicole angeschrieben habe.
Perfect! Ich kann Nicole zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Die Yoga-Einheit mit ihr war noch besser als erwartet. Bei einem Mix von Kraft- und Entspannungstraining habe ich mich völlig vom Alltagsstress erholt. Es gab sogar noch lehrreiche Infos zur Yoga-Welt, die das Bild abgerundet haben. Ich bin so froh, dass ich den Schritt gewagt habe, über Superprof zu buchen. Jetzt weiß ich, dass ich nicht erst nach einem 10 km Dauerlauf Entspannung finden kann, sondern dass es viel besser und entspannter geht! Danke Nicole- Du bist einfach klasse
Perfect! Nicole ist eine einfühlsame und sehr zugewandte Lehrerin. Ich hatte keine Erfahrung und hatte Bedenken, das ich zu steif und ungekenkig bin. Nicole hat diese Bedenken ausgeräumt und der Unterricht bei ihr macht mir sehr viel Spaß. Sie ist immer gut gelaunt, sympathisch und konzentriert bei der Sache
- Peter ist ein sympathischer und angenehmer Mensch, er nimmt alle Vorschläge an und probiert gerne etwas Neues aus. So hat er als Yoganeuling den Weg zu mir gefunden und er macht sich sehr gut. Er ist neugierig und offen für Yoga als holistisches Konzept und ich hoffe, dass ich ihm Vorschläge für mehr Balance auf der Matte sowie im Alltag mitgeben konnte. Nicole versteht es Atemübungen mit Yoga genial zu kombinieren. Eine Stunde bei Nicole vergeht wie im Fluge. Eine phantastische Lehrkraft. Freue mich auf die nächsten Stunden mit Nicole
Die Yogastunde mit Nicole war wirklich ein Genuss! Das Anleiten der Übungen, die gewählten Inhalte und der Bezug auf meine individuellen Bedürfnisse waren einfach stimmig und professionell.
Nicoles authentische Persönlichkeit scheint beim Unterrichten positiv durch.
Ich habe mich während der gesamten Stunde gut aufgehoben gefühlt und eine Menge Neues für meine eigene Praxis mitnehmen können. Wird auf jeden Fall wiederholt.Nicole ist eine aufmerksame Yogalehrerin mit einem tiefen Erfahrungsschatz und einer besonderen Kreativität. Nicki weiss genau was sie tut und wie sie unterrichtet. Sie geht das ganze mit Spass an und gibt einem ein Gefühl von einer Vertrautenebene, bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Die Kommunikation ist super easy und Nicki antwortet schnell, sie ist sehr flexibel, was ich besonders an ihr zu schätzen weiss. Ich empfehle Sie uneingeschränkt, weil sie eine super sympathische Frau ist, die mit ihrer Art und Weise für gute Laune sorgt und stets ein Lächeln auf dem Lippen trägt
