About Zhara
I’m an Occupational Therapist and Accredited Somatic and Physical Intelligence Coach with over 12 years of clinical and school-based experience supporting SEN students and adults, I blend science-backed nervous-system techniques with intuitive, body-led coaching. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and shaped by both lived experience and years supporting SEN students in both mainstream and SEN educational settings, helping people move from overwhelm and shutdown into steadiness, clarity and confident daily functioning, whether that is in education, work, relationships and family life.
With a decade of practice in nervous system science, sensory integration, trauma-informed work and somatic healing, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to understand your patterns and reconnect with your body’s signals.

My approach blends science-backed nervous system techniques with intuitive, body-led guidance. Sessions are gentle, paced to your system, and designed to help you regulate, reset and feel clearer and more connected to yourself. I bring extensive neurodiversity affirming experience from years working in schools and supporting individuals with sensory, emotional and cognitive differences — this informs my practice without limiting who I work with. If you’ve been functioning on the outside but disconnected on the inside, you’re not alone. I help you calm your nervous system, strengthen clarity, and rebuild the self-trust and stability that stress and exhaustion have eroded. Sessions are trauma-informed and open to anyone ready for steady, embodied change.
