Very thoughtful! She is someone who is easy to talk to! I've been noticing small changes in my everyday life. Especially with less low back pain. It's definitely been a journey learning how to cope with anxiety and stress especially in college and she has been able to guide me through that!
I have known Melissa for a few yrs. We used to run together and also share many bike riding experiences.
She gives a 100% dedication to anything she puts her mind to.
I have taken 1 yoga class on my own and my second class was a one on one with Melissa. She helped me fix my posture via a video call, which changed my experiences because I wasn't doing it correctly on my own.
Her classes are great for beginners and experienced people.I did an 8 course beginner sessions with Melissa, she knew lots of option/modifications to accommodate my lack flexibility and back problems. 10/10 highly recommend her services!
