About Teddy
I am a university student and a history fanatic. I absolutely adore teaching as it gives me the opportunity to share and deeply nourish and nurture my passions and gives me a chance to learn and understand others.
Becoming a straight A student was something I had to work for, studying hard and trying and developing new methods to revise and learn. I understand the struggle that comes with GCSE's and A levels therefore aim to alleviate some stress you may feel come exam season by trying out a range of different methods till we find one that suits you. whether that is revision or just the way you learn.
As someone who is neurodivergent I found school to be somewhat difficult, that is why I would take the time to cater a learning environment and style that suits you so we can reach those top grades no problem.

my lessons run for varying lengths of half an hour to an hour focusing on what the individual student would benefit more from whether that is essay structure and writing or annotating and understanding works or just covering the syllabus.
my approach to tutoring is engaging and focused on bringing passion back into learning.
my lessons are for year 7 all the way through to year 13.
my personal qualifications are:
10 GCSE's, English literature and language at grade 9
3 A Levels, ancient history at grade A, Classical civilisations at grade A and English literature at grade A
1 EPQ focused on poetry at grade A
I now currently study History and am a teacher at a SEN school .
