My teaching method and techniques
I'm a certified, highly effective science teacher with classroom experience teaching Chemistry, Biology, and Anatomy & Physiology at the high school level. My approach is built around one core belief: confusion is almost never the student's fault, it's a sign the concept hasn't been understood in the right context yet. I start every tutoring relationship by diagnosing where the breakdown happened, then work backward to rebuild understanding from the ground up. I use real-world examples, visual breakdowns, and active recall techniques rather than just re-reading notes. If something isn't clicking, I have multiple ways to explain it until it does.

Beyond having taught these exact subjects in a classroom, I spent two years in a fast-paced tech startup where communication, clarity, and getting complex ideas across quickly were non-negotiable. That sharpened my ability to explain things efficiently to people with no background in a subject.
