First I listen to the problem the particular person is facing be it stress issues, anger issues, depression, panic attacks or anything related to mental health. Or maybe just lack od self-confidence or motivation to do anything. So, after listening to all the issues I jot down the points where we need to work on. And then I start guiding the person to the way in order for him/her to lead a better life.
I'm an Engineer and worked with many companies like Accenture, Amazon for 3 years. But as I'm passionate about Mental Health Awareness so I want to do something beyond a 9-5 job. Hence, I'm focusing completely on the betterment of my physical & mental health as well as trying to spread the same to others so that everyone can lead a happy and healthy life.
