About Ele

I discovered Yoga at the end of 2019, and it changed my life. The more I dived into it, the more I knew the art of Yoga should not be kept hidden, but shared with everyone in this world.

Through Yoga I was able to gain more awareness and understanding of myself, my social connections and the ecosystem in which we all live in.
Since I started with Yoga I feel that the connection to my inner world has strengthened in such a way that I feel more balanced in life when interacting with my surroundings.
The practice of Yoga is helping me to cleanse my mind from all the trash that we are bombarded with in everyday life and allows me to be fully present in the now.
All we have is this present moment.
Yoga is not something out there that you need to acquire, Yoga is already within you.
Through the practice of Yoga this innermost power within you is going to awaken.

“Everything you'll ever need to know is within you; the secrets of the universe are imprinted on the cells of your body.”

I would love to share this valuable art with you.

About the class

We live in such a fast moving world that we have forgotten the art of slowing down through the path of Yoga.
You are going to encounter a yoga class focused on your individual and unique energy.
My Yoga classes incorporate the ancient wisdom of Yoga adapted into modern times society needs.

As a certified Yoga Teacher I create Yoga flows for all ages and all levels.
During our first session I would love to discuss with you a yoga flow that meets your individual needs and helps you find the life energy within you.

Yoga is a noble discipline of personal development that helps you discover the power of your subtle energy structure.
The invisible structure of your body that exists next to the conventional material/ physical structure of your body.

In modern times society we have forgotten that we are "Union", we are union between body, mind and spirit.

Do you want to go into this journey of personal development with me and rediscover the power within yourself through Yoga?

Helenka is a very nice Superprof.

She is always focused on your speaking details and concerned about your progress in a really charming and funny way. There is no any boring moment with her since she is very creative in conversation, having always interesting topics to speak about and making you more confident with the new language. In my case, i am learning a lot of German expressions because she also sends me the most relevant topics of the conversation. Moreover, she will adapt her speaking speed to you with an incredible patience. She is also very flexible and accesible for schedule the lessons. I am very delighted and grateful for Helenka.
