About Joanna
I am here for you and from the need to share what brings me joy and pleasure. Yoga helps me to rediscover myself, establish contact with the body and take care of the body, learn the power of breathing, build resistance to stress and consciously learn how to relax and come back to myself :) And with an unearthly joy in my heart I share it with you during classes.
I have been practicing yoga for 5 years. I am a certified yoga teacher (trained in Austria), integral coach, mentor (Switzerland) and certified reiki practitioner (India), and I provide health and well-being solutions for around 120,000 employees.
For several years now I have been focusing mainly on activities that help, support and build a space in which we all realize our potential accompanied by love, joy and caring for each other.

I combine bodywork (based on hatha yoga) with breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and control of the senses (pratyahara). Together we will assess what you need at a given moment and which practice will be most optimal for you.
Asana – physical body positions that help improve strength, flexibility and balance. Regular practice of asanas also affects internal health, improving the functioning of internal organs.
Pranayama – breathing techniques that help control and direct the life energy (prana) in the body. Pranayama helps with concentration, stress reduction and increases energy levels.
Meditation (Dhyana) – the practice of concentration and attention that allows one to achieve a state of inner silence and peace. Meditation helps in developing self-awareness and reducing stress.
Pratyahara – control of the senses, or the ability to withdraw attention from the external world, allowing one to focus on the internal process. This practice helps to increase concentration and internal balance.
