We begin with a discussion about challenges students are facing and then perform mindfulness to transform the challenged parts of the student's into something that can more effectively deal with the outer circumstances. This process of inner change requires the student's stillness and inner focus in meditation. We will be dialoguing while in that focused meditative state. I will be guiding the practice and checking in with the student.
