Yes, you! :) Since I can speak English and Korean, You can choose whatever you want between them. Don't worry if you're not fluent in English, I'll speak English very slowly at your own pace and your level. Also, even if you are good at English (or not), if you want to take Korean classes in Korean, you can take them in 100% Korean language. (I can speak very slowly to make you understand Korean lessons easily and feel comfortable.)
