Hello! I’m Juli, a certified Yoga Teacher and Women’s Wellness & Yoga Coach with 3+ years of teaching experience.
I believe yoga is not just about physical postures; it is a holistic practice that helps improve the connection between the body, breath and mind.
I specialize in Women’s Wellness, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, PCOD/PCOS support, hormonal wellness, meditation and stress management. I also work with beginners and adults who want to improve their flexibility, strength, posture, mobility and overall well-being.
My classes are personalized, safe and beginner-friendly. I understand that every student has different needs, goals and abilities, so I modify practices accordingly rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to make your existing practice more consistent, I aim to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace.

I am a certified Yoga Teacher and Women’s Wellness & Yoga Coach with 3+ years of teaching experience. I believe yoga is not just about physical postures but about creating a healthy connection between the body, breath and mind.
My teaching techniques and methods:
I combine traditional yoga practices with breathwork, meditation, mindful movement and relaxation techniques. I focus on proper alignment, safe practice and modifications according to each student's needs and fitness level.
Class structure:
Each session generally begins with breath awareness and gentle warm-up, followed by yoga asanas, pranayama and relaxation/meditation. The class is customized according to the student's goals, experience and comfort level.

My approach is personalized, supportive and beginner-friendly. I pay attention to each student's individual needs and help them build consistency without pressure.
