I began my journey in Yoga not only to improve my physical health, but also to find balance in my mind and soul. Over time, Yoga became much more than just a daily practice — it became a way of life. With years of learning and personal experience, I now guide others to discover the same harmony and strength within themselves. In my classes, I focus on creating a calm and supportive environment where every student — beginner or experienced — feels safe, inspired, and connected. My teachings include traditional asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and yogic lifestyle tips to support physical fitness and mental clarity. I believe Yoga is not about how flexible you are or how perfectly you perform a pose. It is about how deeply you connect with your breath, your body, and your awareness.
