About Molly
Since college I have instructed yoga. I began at the University of Kansas's recreational center.
From there I traveled to Maui, HI to receive my yoga certification and instruct in a class setting on the island at a fitness center. Returning to Kansas I began having open pop-up outdoor group classes. I work with a local physical therapist's patients to regain strength and flexibility, as well as Sweatheory, an infrared yoga studio in the crossroads.

It is not a separation of teacher and students but a journey that we are all taking. I believe in a peaceful yet strong and encouraging method.
