Through a personal and committed approach, I ensure that students feel comfortable from the first lesson and dare to ask anything. My classes are an alternation of theory and progressive exercises from the book and online. I teach the lessons at the student's home, in the library or online. Furthermore, colleagues, fellow students and friends describe me as an incredibly patient / friendly person. A feature that comes in very handy during tutoring. My lessons are based on the principle that anyone can learn anything. It's not a matter of being 'intelligent' or 'drowsy', being good or bad at something. Tutoring starts with me even before the lesson itself. Since I expect you as a student to come to class prepared, I am supposed to be. I therefore ask you to send me photos of the theory and / or assignments that you received from school and that we will discuss during the lesson. I go through these photos in my own time, so that I am just as prepared as you are at the class and that no class time has to be wasted. During the lesson I first go through the theory with you, using extra examples, tips, tricks and mnemonics that I learned as a student so that it is more than 100% clear to you. I also strongly encourage you to ask me all your questions, which is often easier to do than in the classroom, as I am also very young like you :), eager to learn so I sincerely hope it will be easier from your side to ask questions. Furthermore, during my instructions I will try to come up with examples that both you and I encounter in daily life. I also immediately give you tips on how best to formulate questions, so that you can ask that 'stupid' question faster during your lesson at school (which is not stupid at all!). After all, the best way to learn is to ask. We then work together on the assignments. First we do a question completely together in which I present a part and if you get it right, I let you do the following assignments yourself and explain them to me, so that I am sure you understand it completely. This approach can of course vary a bit depending on what is best for you personally. Finally, I am also available to my students outside of the lessons for questions that cannot wait until the next lesson, because, for example, the homework has to be completed before then or because you have a question about your test or school exam.

Shaniel heeft veel empathie is zeer betrouwbaar en heel geduldig. Hij voelt goed aan waar de leerling precies de knelpunten ervaart en kan zich goed verplaatsen in de belevingswereld van de leerling. Het vak wiskunde beheerst Shaniel volledig met zijn goede uitleg, ondersteunende middelen zoals een Liveboard. Daardoor weet hij de lessen zo optimaal mogelijk te maken. Top docent.
Shaniel is een hele aardige en enthousiaste bijlesdocent. Ik heb eerst bijles gevolgd in wiskunde, waar hij erg veel kennis en inzicht van heeft. Vervolgens heeft hij me ook geholpen met natuurkunde. Mede dankzij zijn uitleg heb ik de vakken succesvol afgerond.
Shaniel heeft mij goed geholpen met het vak wiskunde. Hij kon duidelijk en rustig uitleggen, beter dan mijn docent op school. Hij heeft mij 10 dagen lang geholpen voor het eindexamen als een soort examentraining. Mede dankzij hem heb ik een mooie 7.5 gehaald. Zeker de moeite waard!!
Shaniel is een gemotiveerde en vriendelijke man, hij heeft me erg goed geholpen met verschillende moeilijke problemen waarbij hij niet alleen helpt maar ook gelijk je een nieuwe methode aanleert om achter het antwoord te komen, ik ben erg tevreden met de lessen die hij geeft
Ik heb nog nooit zo een enthousiast en ambitieus persoon ontmoet als Shaniel.
Als ik naar zijn uitleg luister hoef ik in principe de uitleg in mijn boek niet te lezen.
Naast dat hij supergoed wiskunde kan uitleggen, helpt hij ook met verdere studiekeuzes. Hij weet veel over hoe het hogeronderwijs werkt. Dit is zeker een plus voor mensen die nog twijfelen over een technische studie.Shaniel is zeer behulpzaam en kan helder en rustig uitleggen. Wiskunde B is zijn passie en Shaniel helpt graag zijn leerlingen met het behalen van mooie resultaten. Dit doet hij door middel van voorbeelden en in te gaan op de Wiskunde B theorie. Zeker een aanrader!!
