Hello to all fitness enthusiasts, I am Varun Raj. I am an international yoga instructor and the following are my certifications: •Multistyle yoga training certification by YOGA ALLIANCE USA •Ashtanga vinyasa practitioner and instructor at Mysore, India •Hatha yoga and advanced asana flow certification from Hanoi, Vietnam. •Certification by MINISTRY OF AAYUSH, INDIA. My aim is to help people reach their ultimate physical being without falling into the trap of fad diets and exercises that hamper overall health. In the past year, as the world suffers from the COVID crisis, I have conducted quite a number of online classes where, sitting at their homes, people have gained immunity and also have noticed a change in the quality of their breath. He is quite patient and the way of teaching is very friendly . I discussed my shoulder pain issue with him and he taught me asans where I didn't feel the pain. Would honestly recommend him .
