About Mélodie
As a web designer, I began a journey in February 2017 which has become a journey of a lifetime. I studied aromatherapy in New Zealand and learned macrame, which is now my second main activity after Yoga. I finished the first part of my trip to India, where I lived for 4 months and which profoundly changed my life. It was in Mysore that I graduated from 2 Yoga degrees: Hatha Yoga and Artistic Yoga. Since then I have been teaching to spread this passion around me, very often in a voluntary way, in France or during my travels abroad. During all these trips I had the chance to attend many / its ceremonies, workshop, shamanic rituals, yoga retreats and other extremely intense experiences that I dream to be able to transmit in my turn.

My teaching method is traditional Indian, the course is structured but still flexible and adaptable to the specificities of each. A typical course runs as follows: Warm up - anti-rheumatism series Strengthening Stretching Sun salutation Asana Pranayama Relaxation or Yoga nidra depending on the duration of the course
