About Isabelle
Hello, my name is Isabelle Cogniard! I am a certified yoga teacher, therapist trained in brief solutions-oriented therapies: Hypnosis, NLP, Sophrology, Mental Field Therapy, Coaching and Management. Member of the National Syndicate of Hypnotherapists, signatory of the Ethics Charter and the Code of ethics. I practice in French and in English Since the age of 20, I have had a close link with yoga, personal development, neuroscience, techniques and solution-oriented therapies. Over time, more and more passionate, I tested, experimented, tried these methods in my personal and professional life full. After more than 24 years spent in large industrial groups dedicated to health, in particular, as Legal Director and Human Resources Director, I acquired solid skills in management, organization and project management, but not only. I have also been able, through these years in the world of work, to use personally and as a team, the techniques and therapies oriented solutions which greatly helped me to pass the tests of life and to keep my vitality, my joy to live. It is with this experience, combining professional and personal sphere, and this deep conviction that behind every professional there is a human being and that behind every human being there is an immensity of plots with different needs (like of a puzzle), that a seed has sprouted and that it seemed obvious to me to consider the human being as a unit, body and spirit. And that there is not a technique for an issue but a necessary adaptation of the techniques to each individual, their history, their experience, their feelings, their environment, their needs. It is this seed that allowed me to hatch the Vitality HERE. It is important when you have health problems to work in your limit areas with gentleness and respect (Postures adapted with accessories or learn yoga on a chair) The benefits of yoga are countless to regain your health and all its potential! Only one golden rule: "it is the posture which adapts to the person and not the person who adapts to the posture". At each session we will approach a theme, either anatomical (the different joints), or related to health problems (sciatica, low back pain, shoulder pain, knee, overweight, ....), or related to emotional states (insomnia, stress management, anxiety ...)
