POSTURES | BREATHING | RELAXATION | MEDITATION ... The sessions begin with a body awareness in the present moment, to reconnect the body and mind together and focus on practice. A guided meditation is also proposed to further reduce the attention inwards, towards relaxation and concentration of mind. The practice continues with the postures (asanas) with varied and complementary physical and physiological benefits. They are adapted according to the possibilities and needs of each. For this, Amandine, your teacher, corrects your alignments, but also assists you in the exploration of postures, so you can better understand your body and you can adjust accordingly. Each session ends with a guided relaxation to give the body a deep relaxation time in order to feel all the benefits of the practice. A time is spent during the course to control breathing exercises (pranayama), which is the key point of the yoga practice.

Perfect! Les cours se sont vraiment très bien passé Amandine est très professionnel, elle crée une ambiance très agréable pour profiter au maximum de ce cours de yoga. Elle a su s'adapter également à mon mari peu souple. Nous passons ce moment de détente profonde ensemble. Elle est douce, attentive et agréable.

Amandine est une très bonne enseignante, douce et à l'écoute de ses élèves. Je suis passionnée de yoga depuis plusieurs années et j'ai vraiment beaucoup aimée les quelques cours pris avec elle. Je vous la recommande les yeux fermés!
Très bon professeur car sait notamment s'adapter à chacun tout en nous poussant à aller plus loin et à se dépasser.
