I was born in India, have lived around the world, and am now based in the UK. With over 15 years of Yoga practice and a 500+ hr Hatha and Vinyasa certification, my goal is to help everyone discover the tools to take care of their body and mind. Yoga has helped me overcome anxiety, stress, and life’s challenges, and it’s this transformation that fuels my passion for teaching. I’m dedicated to guiding others through their own journey of growth, whether it’s building strength, finding calm, or unlocking their full potential. I am an Advanced 500-hour Yoga teacher certified in India, where I studied Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Chanting, Chakras, and Mudras. My classes are designed to meet the unique needs of each student, whether it's relaxation, strength, flexibility, or self-confidence. Each 60-minute session includes a short meditation and pranayama practice followed by asana practice (postures and sequences). I’m passionate about introducing Yoga to beginners and helping them build a solid foundation by focusing on body awareness, alignment, mobility, and general well-being. I also offer specialised sessions for: Elderly wellness to improve mobility, balance, and overall joint health Women’s fertility with gentle, supportive practices to promote hormonal balance, relaxation, and emotional well-being I offer private 1-1 lessons and small group classes, both online and in person.
