Prenatal and postpartum Yoga teacher certified at the Samadhi school in Florence (Anukalana Method) by Jacopo Ceccarelli and recognized by Yoga Alliance. Teacher of English and Spanish language, holistic and passionate chef of traditional Chinese medicine and macrobiotic and natural cuisine.
