About Eliza
I trained as a competitive gymnast from the age of 5, winning multiple trophies. I began coaching, as a volunteer from the age of 15.
I have a very positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching, I believe in positive re enforcement and encouragement as a tool for motivation. I am also very safety conscious, having completed multiple safeguarding courses.
I am a qualified British Gymnastics coach.

All you need is a yoga or gym mat to start off with. In the first session we will do a range of recreational preps and skills to understand your level as well as discuss any specific aims!
After that I will create a series of lesson plans specific to your aims as well as incorporating a cardio warm up, flexibility and strength elements.
Lesson can be either in your home or online!
