About Jade
I have 13 years of experience teaching guitar and hold a PhD in Contemporary Guitar Studies. Throughout my teaching career, I have helped students develop technical skills, musical understanding, and confidence across a variety of playing styles.
My teaching style combines structure, adaptability, and encouragement. I believe every student benefits from lessons that balance skill development with creativity and personal expression. Each lesson is tailored to support individual strengths and goals.
Outside teaching, I enjoy composing music, performing live, and studying modern guitar techniques. These experiences continue to influence my teaching and provide valuable real-world insight. I look forward to helping students grow into capable, confident, and expressive musicians.

My guitar lessons help students build practical skills while developing confidence and creativity. We focus on rhythm guitar, chord progression mastery, fingerstyle techniques, lead playing, music theory, improvisation, and performance preparation.
