About Emmanuel

Private electric/acoustic and bass guitar lessons of all styles and levels. Face-to-face or via webcam. I have 8 years experience as a music/guitar/bass/computer music/music theory teacher and have a diploma and bachelor in popular music performance specialized in music pedagogy. I speak fluent english and native french.

About the class

My goal is to make the music and guitar learning the most playful and entertaining as possible. I adapt to the genre of music the student likes, and my lesson usually involve the learning of a song chosen by the student or suggested by myself, while learning about music theory, chords, scales... without making it too "heavy" for the student. Depending of the student goals and motivation the practise of techniques exercises is common.

Manu is an excellent teacher. Always very patient with me, but also very encouraging - I never feel uncomfortable or under negative pressure with him!
I felt pretty stuck in guitar after being self-taught for 5+ years. Manu helped me break many of the barriers I was stuck behind, so I could start improving my skills again!
