While I’m not a licensed mental health professional, my coaching is influenced by DBT, IFS, and CBT approaches. I focus on building a personalized toolbox for recovery and growth, creating a supportive environment where we reflect, discuss, and plan meaningful steps forward. My approach is rooted in empathy and mutual understanding, ensuring a safe space for your journey.
