Dear Sir, I am excited to apply for the post of HOS/ HOD/HOY at your school. I have been a classroom teacher for 3 years, a subject leader for 5 years, and an assistant to the HOS for 4 years. In each class that I have taught, 100% of my students passed their exams and improved their scores comparatively. On top of that, I received the Teacher of the Year award twice and was highly rated by parents and students alike. I enjoy the challenge of teaching students and staff academically but also helping them to thrive socially. As a team player, I have joined and participated in committees and school improvement projects to help build a better environment for students and staff alike. As a head teacher and the team leader, I support my team in growing mentally and conducting CPDs to develop their confidence in teaching and learning with new techniques I learned from my mentors and digital contemporary learning.
