About Stephane
I have a Master 2 in Psychological Preparation and Coaching and I am a member of the French Society of Sports Psychology, which brings together the greatest professionals in sports psychology (researchers, teachers, practitioners).
[N ] This allows me to be always up to date as to the most effective tools, to manage bad stress for example or for a lack of motivation.
I also hold a License in Psychology, this which allowed me to have concrete bases in clinical psychology.
Finally, the period of adolescence fascinates me, and my experiences in summer camp with teenagers allowed me to connect beautiful relations with them and to understand this delicate period to manage for some.

I actually rely on tools scientifically validated by the scientific literature in sports psychology.
The most used tools currently are mindfulness meditation, goal setting, relaxation and imagery mental.
