About Maria Clara
The English language is one of my great passions. I have always loved studying, challenging myself and seeing my progress. My journey in English began from a very early age, with the desire, as a child, to have the independence to read game instructions, watch films without relying on dubbing and, later, with the dream of visiting Canada. I started studying English at age 11 and, at 17, I was already helping students in tutoring classes. It was then that I realized that I also love teaching, something that brings me great satisfaction. Seeing my students progress, gain confidence, and achieve their goals is extremely rewarding.
I believe that knowledge is a powerful tool. By sharing my knowledge, I can help other people achieve their dreams, whether it's to travel, study, work or simply communicate better. Teaching is a two-way street: I learn a lot from my students every day, and this exchange of knowledge and experiences is enriching for everyone. Creating a learning community where everyone feels supported and motivated is one of my biggest goals.

My English teaching methodology is designed to be engaging, effective and personalized to meet each student's needs.
I use a variety of resources such as videos, music and games that make classes more interesting and engaging. I prioritize speaking and listening practice so that students gain confidence and fluency, I recognize that each student has their own pace and learning style, so I adapt classes according to individual needs, offering specific support for areas that need more attention .
I create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. This is fundamental for learning development.
