About Aliyah
My name is Aliyah, and I am a strong enthusiast about teaching academics to students who need a helping hand
In year 12, I was very open about helping anyone I could with their studies which gives me a lot of satisfaction internally when a concept is finally understood by a student who thought they may never have gotten it in the first place.
The excitement that comes from seeing the improvement over time is inexplainable and truly rewarding when you really love what this position is all about
I am passionate about what I teach and haven’t stopped using the skills I teach and learnt my self even after graduating
I am a law student in university and still love teaching concepts even in that regard, and once again thrive off the satisfaction of a fellow student mastering a theory or concept .

Private tutoring is all about learning the students on a personal level and building a connection that makes them feel comfortable to open up about weaknesses they struggle in school.
It is always important to determine what our limitations are in order to grow and succeed beyond what we think is possible
Tutoring can be misconstrued into being described as teaching strictly content, but it is actually about finding the way in which each individual specially learns and consumes information that their brain can comprehend.
We are all different and unique and should understand that what may work for one, does not work for another.
I take a gentle approach in teaching concepts and theories and skills, knowing that we all have a strong suit in our life, but teaching a different skill set that a student may struggle with, calls for a gentle and understanding approach and understanding it takes stepping stones to reach the end goal in time :)
