So for me, the first step is always inspiring confidence, getting a student out of their head, where they tend to second guess themselves. It wasn’t until college that I discovered how enjoyable learning can be. A great teacher can make all the difference. My greatest professors were engaging, knowledgeable, but above all brought an entertainment factor and enthusiasm for the subject matter that was so compelling that I wound up taking all of their classes, even if a subject didn’t necessarily interest me.
